About the system
UGNAY is RSU-REDI's system for managing research — from the first proposal, through evaluation and funding, to monitoring, reporting and the final records. Each role sees only what belongs to their part of the process.
Features
Everything a research project needs between a good idea and a completed terminal report.
Researchers submit proposals with the supporting document and funding details.
Approved work becomes a registered project with its own project code, objectives, leader and staff.
Weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual and terminal reports, each with a deadline.
Build a project's budget by year and section, and move it through endorsement to finalization.
LIB/ASA, cash advance, travel and certificate of completion requests, each tracked from submission to approval.
Every file for a project in one place, organized like a file explorer.
Researcher profiles with designation, education and research-center affiliation.
Staff, Head and VP see portfolio-wide progress at a glance.
Build a custom table from projects, reports, researchers, proposals, budgets or the transaction history — choose the columns, then export to Excel or PDF.
The Head can record completed projects from before the system, with their funding, dates, people and documents, so the history of RSU research stays in one place.
The Monitoring Head posts announcements — with or without pictures — shown on the sign-in page and the public Announcements page.
Accounts are verified by email and approved by the Head before anyone can log in.

How it works
Questions about a specific proposal or project should go to the REDI office directly.
